This original was brought to the shores of India by the Portuguese from Angola, chargrilled Chicken thighs marinated in typical Goan style piri-piri masala puréed in palm vinegar. Served with Mr Todiwala’s “Shake it all about”, dusting powder.

ADRAKI LAMB CUTLETS - MILK & MUSTARD

Organic prime Lamb Cutlets from The Rhug Estate in Wales, marinated in ginger extract with yogurt and spices.

TANDOORI DUCK SAUSAGE - MILK, MUSTARD & WHEAT/GLUTEN

Goosnargh Duck Sausage chargrilled & prepared with our special spice blend.

ALOO JEERA

Roasted Baby Potatoes with Cumin.
