Running Order of the day:

• 10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 11:00am-11:15am: Introduction to the Masterclass
  Chef will discuss his personal history, philosophy of food and cooking, and expectations of the participants.
• 11.15am-1:30pm: Masterclass
  Participants will be given a demonstration have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus.
• 1:45pm onwards Lunch
  Guests will sit down to a special gourmet menu which may include the professional versions of the some of the dishes seen at the Masterclass, served with accompanied beverages.
