LIVE with Cyrus - Knife Skills

Join us for the first of our “Skills Sessions” at Mr Todiwala's Academy - across these more informal, in person, 60 minute sessions we will be focussing on specific skills or ingredients which Cyrus will demonstrate in the state of the art teaching kitchen at Mr Todiwala’s Academy 

Cyrus will be showing you how to hone your knife skills, chopping, slicing and deboning a chicken - you can also bring a kitchen knife in to be sharpened on site to ensure it is in tip top condition to carry out these skills at home!

Class to include:

• Refreshments, Tea/Coffee and a Wine, Beer or a Soft Drink afterwards
• 60 minute Demo including Q&A
• Snack Plate

Running Order of the day:

• From 3:30pm: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 4-5pm - Session: In this session Cyrus will be demonstrating 
• 5pm onwards - Drinks & Snacks: Attendees are invited to stay and enjoy snacks and drinks after the demo, enjoy chatting to other attendees as well as Cyrus in a more informal setting.
