Masterclass - Sauces & Curries - 7th June

"Mr Todiwala's Academy offers a range of experiences; from demos to masterclasses, private groups classes to 1-2-1s, where, within a relaxed, intimate teaching environment, Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL will share his secrets on a range of relevant topics, from how to create time-honoured recipes to honing complex cooking techniques. Mr Todiwala's Academy is perfect for professional chefs and would-be chefs or any food lover who wishes to cook and learn from some of the best talents in the industry."

From Mumbai, to Punjab, to Hyderabad, to Goa, to many more! Cyrus will take you through some of the most popular regions of India, teaching you authentic curries and sauces!

You will learn how to make 4-5 different dishes using sauces such as Parsee tomato sauce, as well as regional curries to suit different ingredients flavour profiles.

Timings:

• 11:15am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 11:30am-11:45am: Introduction to the Masterclass
  Chef will discuss his personal history, philosophy of food and cooking, and give an outline of the session and what it will cover.
• 11.45am-3pm: Masterclass & Lunch
  Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
