Whatever the occasion, our new ‘Cook at Home Boxes’ are a great way to bring a professional touch of Mr Todiwala’s into your kitchen, whilst helping you to enjoy a restaurant quality meal without leaving your home!
Your box will arrive in temperature controlled packaging and will come with a printed menu with instructions of how to prepare your meal.
What's in the box?
GOS NA SAMOSA
Curried lamb mince done Bombay style, filled in triangular pastry and normally fried.
Your samosas will be partially fried so that you can then bake them in the oven.

A popular bread served at Iranian cafes in Mumbai. Best enjoyed warm with lots of butter.
KOLMI NO PATIO NAY KHARI POORI

Prawns cooked sous vide served with a traditional sauce made with shallots in a tomato base flavoured with tamarind, raw cane sugar and spices.
LAMB DHAANSAAK with MINCED LAMB KEBAB BALLS
One of the dishes that truly represents The Zoroastrian Parsee community is Dhaansaak. Dhaansaak is a composition of two words namely ‘Dhaan” for the caramelised onion and star-anise flavoured rice and ’Saak’ the lamb cooked with medium spiced lentils pureed along with a host of spices and vegetables. Along with that we serve spiced lamb mince kebab balls, a red onion salad, caramelised onions for garnish and fried Papads.
Only this as a whole makes the dish complete. The creation of this dish goes back hundreds for years when the Parsees first emigrated to India from Persia in the 5th and 6th centuries and is deeply rooted in its old Persona heritage. Our recipe has been developed from Cyrus Todiwala’s Great Grand Mothers original hand written recipe.

Mr Todiwala's at Home Restaurant Boxes are prepared fresh to order for delivery in the kitchen of Café Spice Namasté and as such, there is limited stock on the number of meal boxes that can be prepared & dispatched each week.
The lead time for each box is a minimum of 3 days & all orders will be Wednesday/Thursday every week.
