The Mr. Todiwala I.P.A is brewed with a mixture of rye, pale malts, and a good quantity of magnum hops that accentuates a smooth bitterness that we have all come to love.
What makes this particular style so unique is that it's topped off with some orange peel that brings the recipe to a balance and gives it that zing!
A light, moderately-strong, very well-attenuated India Pale Ale with a dry finish, a hoppy aroma & smooth flavour.
Brewed locally in Enfield, this special IPA recipe has been developed by Mr Todiwala to be a perfect compliment to our Indian Food.
