      A Dinner with Cyrus Todiwala & Wine Master Emma Dawson

      Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL aka Mr Todiwala, invites you to join him and Master of Wine, Emma Dawson for an enchanting event, featuring three fantastic wines, paired with an elegantly curated menu.

       

      The event will be held on-line, so that from the comfort of your own kitchen, you can prepare a four-course dinner inspired by the culinary traditions of Goa and Kerala in India, perfectly matched with wines from three countries with deep and rich wine histories: Argentina, France (Alsace) and Lebanon.

       

      As Cyrus describes the remarkable ingredients and provenance of each dish, helping you to prepare your feast, Emma, one of only 149 female Master of Wines in the world, and senior wine buyer at Berkmann Wine Cellars, will take you through the unique properties of each wine. Cyrus specifically chose these wines because they enhance the tastes, textures and flavours of his cuisine.

       

      We will arrange for the courses and three fantastic wines to be safely boxed and despatched to your home address. Each box contains enough food for at least two people.
