Masterclass - Indian Street Food - 13th May

Mr Todiwala's Academy is perfect for professional chefs and would-be chefs or any food lover who wishes to cook and learn from some of the best talents in the industry."

In this Masterclass Cyrus will take you through the memories of some of his favourite snacks from childhood. You will learn how to make regional street food classics such as Masala Dosa, Onion Bhajia & Vada Pao to name but a few.

Put your questions to Cyrus and learn the methodology of Indian Street food. You will bring Indian Street food classics to your kitchen in no time at all!

Timings:

• 2:30pm: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 2:45-3:15pm: Introduction to the Masterclass
  Chef will discuss his personal history, philosophy of food and cooking, and give an outline of the session and what it will cover.
• 3:15-6:30pm: Masterclass & Lunch
  Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
