In this class we will take you through an array of vegetarian dishes. Some of which can also be adapted to a non-vegetarian or pescatarian.
We will try our best to capture many different regions of India so as to demonstrate the vast breadth of the nation’s culinary repertoire.
Cyrus will discuss the history of Indian cuisine, its roots and influences, philosophy on food and cooking, and expectations of the participants.
Whilst we will have tasters during the class, a two-course lunch will also be served around 1.00pm.
Put your questions to Cyrus and learn the methodology of Indian Cuisine. You will be bringing these delicious canapés to your kitchen in no time!
