Step into the world of vibrant Indian Street Food with Cyrus Todiwala, inspired by his childhood memories from Bombay. In this masterclass, you will uncover the rich flavours and techniques that define the streets of India!

Whilst we will have tasters during the class, a two-course lunch will also be served around 1.00pm.

Put your questions to Cyrus and learn the methodology of Indian Cuisine. You will be bringing these delicious canapés to your kitchen in no time!

Running Order of the day:

• 10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 10:40am-10:50am: Introduction
  
• 11.00am- 1pm: Masterclass & Lunch
  
• The day is expected to end around 2:30pm approximately.

Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Limited beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
