Step into the world of vibrant Indian Street Food with Cyrus Todiwala, inspired by his childhood memories from Bombay. In this masterclass, you will uncover the rich flavours and techniques that define the streets of India.

Whilst we will have tasters during the class, a lunch will also be served around 1.00 pm.

Running Order of the day:

• 10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 10:45am-10:55am: Introduction
  
• 11.00am- 1:30pm: Demo & Lunch
  
• The day is expected to end around 3:00 pm approximately.

Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages are available from the cash bar during the Masterclass to enjoy the day.
