Made in Cyrus Todiwala's Kitchen to a highly orginal recipe using a specialist blend of pure Kashmiri chillies, smoked garlic & Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
This oil is a lengthy process and takes over 72 hours to make! Hence why I find it hard to make time to make it and it is always sold out! Our Rapeseed oil is Extra Virgin Cold pressed, and comes directly from the farm in which it is grown. Due to the high content of natural oleic acid in the oil it will tend to turn cloudy in cold temperature. DO NOT WORRY! This will clear up as the bottle returns to room temperature and when the oil is heated up for cooking."
