Chicken Piri-Piri

This original was brought to the shores of India by the Portuguese
from Angola, chargrilled Chicken thighs marinated in typical Goan
style piri-piri masala puréed in palm vinegar.

Served with Mr Todiwala’s “Shake it all about”, dusting powder.-
