What's in the box?
KALE & ONION BHAJIA - (VEGAN)
Small fritters of thinly sliced shallots & shredded kale in chickpea batter, flavoured with carom seeds and coriander. - (4 pieces)
LAMB SAMOSA - (GLUTEN)
Our Signature minced Lamb Samosas served with Date & Tamarind Chutney. - (4 pieces)
CHICKEN CAFREAL
Rolled thigh of chicken in a masala with garlic, fresh herbs and lime juice. (4 pieces)
PORK VINDALOO - (CELERY, SULPHITES)
Diced pork simmered in Goan style Vindaloo sauce. Not as hot & spicy as the belief goes.. The Vindaloo traditionally being pickled pork, is not a barometric term for chilli levels.
As a patron of the society, we use only British Lop Pork for this dish.
CHEESE CHILLI NAAN - (DAIRY, GLUTEN)
Another classic favourite, mixed cheeses with chilli, garlic.
PALAV - (VEGAN)
Slow oven cooked basmati rice flavoured with whole spices and sautéed onions.
CUCUMBER RAITA - (DAIRY)
A traditional Cucumber & Yogurt accompaniment.

Mr Todiwala's 'Meal Kits' are prepared fresh, on order, in the kitchen of Café Spice Namasté. Therefore, there is a limit to the number of meal boxes that can be prepared & dispatched each week. So please get your order in early.
